Phendarks with absolute power are the last barrier to the Clock Tower. Over the years, a number of adventurers have attempted to explore deep into the Clock Tower to find out what's going on, but almost no one has been able to break their iron-clad defenses. Only curious Monster Researchers can take a keen interest in their true appearance under the mask. Look! There's a strange mark on the brow of that mask! I speculate that this is probably some kind of power-suppressing spell! In other words, if the mask can be removed, these Phendarks will become even more powerful!
